The bind pubm binds will not work as their mask is matched against "#channel text". You might want to use bind pub.

i have these DCC binds and MSG binds that dont work, can you please check them out..thanks

"bind dcc <flags> <command> <proc>"
and
"procname <handle> <idx> <text>"

This bind is used for partyline commands; the command is the first word and everything else becomes the text argument. The idx is valid until the user disconnects. After that, it may be reused, so be careful about storing an idx for long periods of time.

how would i store an idx for a long period of time?
staying connected to the bot partyline all the time ?
